PulseCheck Innovation Day

Enhancing Wellness in Healthcare

Event Motivation

We are seeking solutions for ideas that can aim to:
   - Improve physician wellness, manage stress and avoid burnout,
   - Increase effective and optimized access to resources, or
   - Enhance efficiency in the clinical setting.

However, if you have other ideas, we welcome all submissions.

Post-pandemic, healthcare workers continue to face significant challenges. Stress, burnout, and mental health issues persist, exacerbated by ongoing staffing shortages and resource constraints. Despite recognition of these issues, progress towards systemic reforms and support for healthcare professionals has been limited. The need for innovative solutions to protect healthcare workers’ wellbeing and ensure the sustainability of healthcare systems is more pressing than ever.

We are seeking innovative ideas that have the power to transform healthcare efficiency, streamlining processes and enhancing patient care, ultimately enhancing physician wellness. By integrating new technologies or ideas, we aim to alleviate the administrative and cognitive burdens on healthcare professionals. Such innovations not only promise to optimize healthcare delivery but also to reclaim valuable time for physicians, allowing for deeper patient engagement and improving job satisfaction. Our goal is to cultivate an environment where technology serves as a catalyst for better health outcomes, a balanced workload, and a more fulfilling professional experience for physicians.

We promise we'll be kind and should be fun. We want to see you succeed. But, if a pitch deck is definitely not for you then reach out and there are other ways that we can discuss working together.
